The specified rules get translated into low-level firewall rules specific to your system. Additionally, commonly used network services (www, DNS etc) the Firewall module includes predefined service rules. Enabling and disabling access to these services is as easy as flipping a switch. Site Builder – Absolutely new Site Builder software with easy step-by-step wizard for creating a professional looking site. You may use thousands of already created templates for your corporate site or home page with this application. SMTP Reject – By default Qmail will accept mail for any domain name that is properly listed in the rcpthosts/virthosts file. However, it doesn't verify that the username exists. As a result, when a message gets processed, a new MAILER DAEMON message is created. Spammers will take advantage of this to send their spam through a server (they put the intended recipient in the FROM box and a domain which behaves like this in the TO box). Plesk has pre-set Qmail to deny accepting the message altogether if the user does not exist on the server. Interface Redesign 8.1 sports a completely new look and feel. Subdomain Management Interface 8.1 now includes an interface to create Subdomains inside Primary domains, including FTP user assignment and scripting. osCommerce Software Support Included in the new Application Pack for 8.1 is OS-Commerce Ecommerce software. You can now quickly deploy this open source ecommerce solution with the click of a mouse and manage it via Plesk!. Custom Buttons Management Custom buttons can be created, managed and deleted in the redesigned Plesk interface. This is most excellent feature to complete the branding of your control panel. Interface Session Manager with Simultaneous Login Management 8.1 includes the ability for Users to allow/disallow simultaneous logins as well as view, manage and delete current sessions in the interface.
